BITO supplies trays in a wide range of variants, such as Euro-size trays (T43W), modular-size trays (XLT-P), distribution trays (DT 640, DT 670) and custom trays for special applications. European standard size trays T43W offer an optimum solution for handling loads that would otherwise not be suitable for conveying. They are made of robust plastic and are available in 600 x 400 mm or 400 x 300 mm footprints. With T43W trays, even damaged cardboard boxes can be moved safely. With their flat base and special edge geometry, the trays are suitable for a wide range of storage and retrieval machines and offer excellent running characteristics on conveyor lines and in mini-store systems. 

Modular sized XLT-P trays  as well as DT 640 and DT 670 distribution trays  are compatible with the most diverse storage and retrieval machines. XLT-P trays are compatible with BITO BN, XL and KLT stacking containers. The distribution trays DT 640 and DT 670 are designed for particularly quiet transport and, thanks to the integrated lifting function, they are ideal for automated loading and unloading. In addition, project specific trays can be manufactured to customer requirements to make sure that your special-size items or cardboard boxes integrate seamlessly into your storage and conveyor system.
