Large-volume containers to suit your application
The BITO range includes large-volume containers in numerous sizes. Whether you need a container that is adapted to European standard dimensions, such as Euro stacking containers XL, or a nestable and stackable container such as our MB multi-purpose containers, you are sure to find what you are looking for. You can choose from a wide variety of variants: There are several base variants and lid types, you can opt for a view and pick opening on the long and/or the short side of a container, for a viewing window, runners or feet, various load capacities, collapsible containers or containers with solid sides.
High load capacities for heavy-duty applications
SL heavy-duty containers, foldable pallet boxes and box pallets have been designed for very heavy loads. SL Heavy-duty containers with runners, a footprint of 800 x 600 mm and a height of 720 mm (223 litre capacity) can carry loads of up to 500 kg, with a maximum stacking load of 1,500 kg. This means that up to three boxes can be stacked on top of each other. The CB3 pallet box with 3 runners can hold a stacking load of up to 5,000 kg and has a load capacity of 700 kg.

Sturdy and durable storage and transport containers for any application
Rugged large-volume containers are the answer to many storage issues, such as efficient storage and transportation of large quantities of materials, bulk products or large components. Large-volume containers can be stacked for optimum utilisation of the available space in warehouses, in transport vehicles or in production facilities. Large-volume containers, such as the XL-sized multi-trip containers of our MB-series, save a huge amount of disposable packaging waste and make your business more sustainable. Large-volume containers also help with organising, categorising and identifying components and materials in warehouses or on construction sites.
Sturdy design and excellent stacking stability
All large-volume containers are designed to be extremely hardwearing. Our range includes for example the CB3 box pallet with additional ribbing above the fork entry shoes to provide extra impact protection against forklift tines. There are also foldable box pallets with reinforcing ribs in the double-walled sides. MB Multi-purpose containers and XL Euro stacking containers are made of very robust yet lightweight polypropylene (PP). All large-volume containers can be stacked. Some containers such as box pallets come with integrated location lugs on the corners. Our XL containers with lid can also be stacked, even with heavy loads. SL heavy-duty containers can handle particularly heavy loads as they have a double base (welded sandwich construction).
Large storage volume
If you need containers for very large and bulky loads, our BITO large-volume containers are the right choice. Our collapsible plastic box pallets are sized 1200 x 1000 x 975 mm (LxWxH) and have a usable volume of 847 litres.<o:p></o:p>
Dust-free storage, clean handling
SL Heavy-duty containers, pallet folding boxes, MB multi-purpose containers and XL Euro stacking containers protect items from dust during storage and transport. Heavy-duty containers can be supplied with a drop-on lid or with a hinged lid. MB Multi-purpose containers and XL Euro stacking containers can also be ordered with a hinged lid. Pallet folding boxes and box pallets can be supplied with a drop-on lid and pallet loads can be protected with a pallet cover.

Pallet folding boxes, heavy-duty, multi-purpose and Euro stacking containers feature easy-to-clean, snag-free inside surfaces.
Space-saving
Some large-volume container variants can be nested to save space, such as our multi-purpose containers MB with runners. When nested, pallet folding boxes save up to 77% of their volume.
Smooth operation on conveyor lines and in automated warehouses
Some large-volume containers can also be used on conveyor lines and in automated warehouses. On request, SL heavy-duty containers are available without runners for use in automated environments. MB Multi-purpose containers are available with a ribbed or a double base and Euro stacking containers with an RX ribbed base, making them ideal for use on conveyor lines.
Many sizes and colours
Our large volume containers are available in numerous sizes. The European standard sized footprint allows our Euro stacking containers to stack efficiently on Euro pallets. BITO Euro stacking containers come in blue, multi-purpose containers in dove-blue, heavy-duty containers are grey (with corner profiles in turquoise), pallet folding boxes are supplied in grey and white and box pallets in grey, yellow, green, light blue and red. Multi-purpose containers MB can be produced in your preferred colour from a quantity of 200 and heavy-duty containers from a quantity of 500.
Temperature-resistant and food-safe
Multi-purpose distribution containers MB and Euro stacking boxes are temperature-resistant from -20 to +80 degrees. Both are also food-safe. Pallet boxes (CB1), for example, can be used at temperatures ranging from -30 to +40 degrees.
Eco-friendly raw materials
Most large-volume containers such as our multi-purpose containers MB, Euro stacking boxes XL and BN and heavy-duty containers SL are made from recyclable materials such as polypropylene (PP). CM1 pallet containers are made of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD).
