No matter what challenge you are currently facing, BITO has the right small parts container for you. Containers for small parts are available as RK and PK handling bins, SK and PK open-fronted storage bins and CTB C-item bins. Our RK handling bins are available in 18 different sizes. PK handling bins are a low-budget alternative to the RK boxes. They are available in nine sizes and in red, green, blue and a transparent version. Our SK open-fronted storage bins are available in nine sizes, four colours (blue, yellow, green, red) and five footprints. The SK series also has a low-cost alternative: PK storage bins which are supplied in four sizes and two colours, in red and blue. CTB bins for C-items are available in two materials, from recyclable polypropylene (PP) in blue and from eco-friendly Sunflower Compound (SFC) in grey, with each version coming in two sizes.

Thanks to their special design, small parts bins and containers increase efficiency, improve organisation and boost productivity in storage and in production settings. On the one hand, their dimensions and shape are designed to maximise filling volume and optimise shelf space utilisation. On the other hand, the view and pick opening provides an instant view of the items and thus helps to increase the pick rate. Dividers make the bins particularly suitable for (pre-)sorting parts and supplying them at assembly stations. Kanban racks and Kanban bins are used to speed up picking performance and automate re-ordering of small parts.
Sturdy design and excellent stacking stability
All containers are made from robust, durable and recyclable polypropylene (PP). CTB bins for C-items are available in two materials, from recyclable polypropylene (PP) in blue and from eco-friendly Sunflower Compound (SFC) in grey. The stacking base and all-round stacking rim, the safety bar (pull-out protection) and location lugs ensure safe stacking even with heavy loads or when using dust covers.

Suitable for conveyor lines
Our storage bin series SK and PK can also be used on conveyor lines and in live storage racking. Thanks to their textured base and rounded edges, SK bins have optimum handling properties on conveyors. PK handling bins can also be used on conveyor lines thanks to their flat base.

Temperature resistant, food-safe and easy to clean
All small parts containers can be used at temperatures from -20 to +80°C. They are also easy to clean. Except for PK handling bins and PK open-fronted storage bins, all small parts containers are food-safe.

The contents are protected from dirt and dust by a dust cover or a lid that can be locked.
