Manual and automated transport systems
The BITO range not only includes manually operated systems for moving products such as roller conveyors and scissor conveyors with support stands, roller conveyor segments and curved sections, storage levels complete with roller tracks, handling and lifting equipment such as hand pallet trucks, manual and hydraulic stackers. We also supply automated systems such as live storage racking with powered rollers and the LEO automated guided vehicle system. LEO is a battery-operated AGV for transporting totes, trays and cartons. It is controlled decentrally without a master computer or a WLAN connection, using only optical, colour-coded lines and markers on the warehouse floor. The system consists of one or more BITO LEO transporters and, optionally, several material transfer stations. BITO LEO AGVs are an easy and very cost-effective solution for automating your warehouse and production processes.

The easy way to automate your material flow with BITO LEO AGVs
The BITO LEO lane-bound driverless transport system for containers, trays and cardboard boxes is the ideal solution for automating your material flow. There is no need for a host computer or a WLAN connection. The LEO transporter is battery-operated, plug & play-capable and follows a colour-coded adhesive tape track on the hall floor. The BITO AGV navigates with control commands from markers. LEO connects workstations in logistics and production areas. The system consists of one or more LEOs and can be supplemented with any number of transfer stations for bins and boxes. The BITO LEO AGV is available at a very affordable price.
