Think big – heavy duty SL containers from BITO
Lightweight yet heavy-duty plastic SL containers are suited for handling heavy loads of up to 500 kg. They are widely used in manfacturing, assembly and storage areas instead of unwieldy mesh box pallets and sheet metal containers. Two heavy-duty containers SL fit next to each other on a Euro pallet. The enormous stacking load of 1500 kg max. means that up to three containers can be stacked on top of each other. The hinged drop-down door on the short or on the long side allows ergonomic loading and unloading. Integral runners make it easy to lift and move the container with a forklift truck or a hand pallet truck.
Lightweight yet sturdy
SL heavy-duty containers are made of lightweight, recyclable polypropylene (PP) and have a very low weight compared to conventional mesh box pallets and sheet metal containers (max. 18 kg depending on size). The one-piece, rigid construction with reinforced corner profiles add to the rigidity of SL containers.

Storing heavy loads
BITO SL containers have been specifically designed for very heavy loads. They have an internal capacity of up to 500 kg and can stack loads of up to 1,500 kg.
Easy product identification
The two-colour design with corner profiles in a different colour than the container body is ideal for immediate product identification. The containers come with feet for convenient lift truck handling.
Hinged half-drop door
The containers are available with an optional drop-down door either on the short or the long side for easy product picking. They are also available with a hinged lid or a drop-on lid.
Euro footprint
The containers are sized 800 x 600 mm, which means that a European standard pallet of 800 x 1200 mm can accommodate two containers.
