- In the Kempten logistics centre, picking processes within the existing standard pallet racking warehouse are to be optimized.
- Order lead times must be reduced.

The BITO Solution
“Rack tuning” with BITO Adaptaflow modules
» The existing BITO pallet racking installation was retrofitted with BITO Adaptaflow modules at floor level height.
Roller tracks
» The gravity flow levels are now fitted with densely-set roller tracks to form a roller bed.
Universal lane dividers
» The flow levels have been subdivided into lanes using universal dividers. The dividers can be adjusted as required within seconds.
On-site application and key features of our storage solution
- If particularly heavy unit loads with critical start-up and travel characteristics need to be handled, the roller tracks can be exchanged against full-width rollers.
