BITO distribution containers
The BITO range includes many solutions for transporting goods and materials, for example folding boxes, containers with insulating inserts, roll cages and shelf trolleys.
When space is limited or expensive, space-saving containers are a must, such as our EQ folding boxes, MB multi-trip containers and U-Turn stack and nest containers. Nesting or folding achieves space savings of up to 75 per cent. This is particularly important when returning empty containers. Our space-saver totes perfectly match the dimensions of Euro pallets and offer an excellent cost-benefit ratio. The boxes are made of sturdy, temperature-resistant and easy-to-clean plastic. They can be stacked on top of each other and are extremely user-friendly and versatile.
For food and pharmaceutical products as well as other goods requiring refrigeration, BITO offers containers that can be temperature-controlled. MB Food & Delivery containers and MB PharmaBoxes are passive cool boxes for transporting food and pharmaceuticals. The Food & Delivery container for last mile deliveries is a clever system solution consisting of various components. The set includes a container, modular insulating inserts, cold packs and dividers, all of which comply with the requirementsof the food industry.
BITO provides two innovative solutions for the medical and pharmaceutical sector: the multi-use MB distribution container complete with thermo-insulation set and the MB PharmaBox. The passively cooled multi-use distribution container MB with a Neopor thermal insulation set and three Icecatch Solid Isolated cold packs maintains a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees for at least twelve hours. The high-performance PharmaBox from BITO maintains temperatures in a range between 2 and 8 degrees for as long as 80 hours. Vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) and gel-based PCM accumulators are used as extremely efficient cooling units. Non-water-based accumulators minimise the risk of freezing due to low temperatures. Roller conveyors and scissor conveyors with or without an auxiliary motor are used to create extremely versatile conveyor systems for transporting goods in containers, cartons and on trays. They help to speed up and optimise the flow of goods during order picking or in production settings. The modular design of these systems allows to build extremely versatile transport systems that can be flexibly adapted to the available space. Customers can choose between various roller conveyor segments, curved sections and hinged throughways, either with plastic or with steel rollers.

LEO AGVs
The BITO AGV family has been specifically designed for transporting bins, totes, trays, containers and cartons. It is the optimum solution for automating internal material flows. LEO AGVs are user-friendly and do not require a host computer or a Wi-Fi connection. The battery-operated LEO AGV is plug & play-capable and follows a colour-coded adhesive tape track on the hall floor. The control commands for the BITO AGV are transmitted via markers (QR codes) on the hall floor, enabling precise and efficient control. LEO links workstations and picking stations in intralogistics processes and production areas of your company. The system consists of one or more LEO AGVs and can be extended with any number of transfer stations to ensure the seamless integration into your operational processes.
