LIFO stock management
The best way to store non-perishable goods
- BITO provides efficient solutions for storing goods following the principles of LIFO (Last In – First Out) order. Particularly suited are push-back racking, drive-in racking and shuttle-serviced pallet racking.
- The LIFO principle is suitable for all goods where the expiry date and the loss of value over time are not an issue. Examples include building materials such as ceramics, glass or stone.
- With LIFO racking, the available storage space is utilised very efficiently because there is no need for service aisles. Push-back or drive-in racking can be used to keep buffer or replenishment stock.
