Our customer

As a medium-sized company, Fristo has been successfully operating beverage markets for over 50 years. The success story began in 1970 with the opening of the first FRISTO beverage store in Nuremberg. Since then, new generations of beverage markets have been designed, the sales area has been consolidated and additional regions have been developed.
Fristo is represented with over 228 stores in 8 federal states in Germany as well as in the Austrian Tyrol. This also requires a logistical solution that has been successfully implemented in various locations such as Zimmer ob Rottweil.

Initial situation and customer requirements

- Over 965 different items
- More than 200,000 crates of drinks are sold at over 31 markets in southern Baden.
- Shorter ways to the beverage markets and therefore faster and more ecological handling
- Products with best before date require FiFo stock rotation.
